Team Profiles

Raised by parents who were both educators, it was a natural course for me to seek higher levels of education within the real estate industry. Hence, all those letters after my name refer to being an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and lastly, a Resort and Recreational Property Specialist. Bottom line, this list of credentials assures my clients that I am truly focused on my service to them. In 2004, I was honored to be recognized as the Montana State Realtor of the Year. My education has prepared me to handle all types of residential property transactions and I strive to go above and beyond my client’s expectation in service. And I insist on being straight-forward with everyone I meet. I left the sunny beaches of Hawaii after nearly 25 years and fell in love with Montana, with no regrets. There is never a day that goes by that I don’t pause to enjoy its beauty. And Bigfork is a very special community filled with shops and galleries and its people take a personal interest in our community’s direction. Our office décor retains the quaint cottage feeling, with big wooden decks and varied gardens, and each of us enjoys the harmony our personalities bring to this environment. Though my work as a real estate professional is my passion, my other loves are boating and golfing with my husband, enjoying the multitudes of flowers in my perennial gardens, or playing with Taz, our mini-Aussiedoodle puppy.

"Love at first sight", that is what happens when you first lay eyes on the beautiful Flathead Valley. I know because it happened to us in 1994. On our first visit my husband and I purchased 43 acres on the East shore of Flathead Lake, the following summer we purchased a condo, where we spent the next couple of summers vacationing and developing our property. Our goal was to be residing up here by the time our daughter was in first grade; we finished our house and moved up in 1998. Raising our daughter here was the best move, the opportunities she has had have been endless. The people are wonderful and there are so many experiences that a person could have, boating, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, skiing, snowmobiling, theater, symphony, it is just goes on and on!

Prior to entering Law School I spent several years as an Escrow Officer for a Title Company, where I specialized in sub-divisions. I hold an A.S., B.S.L. and a J.D.. Currently I have an active license to practice law in the state of California; where I previously served as a Deputy County Counsel and Special Prosecutor for the County of Riverside, dealing with land use and code enforcement issues. For more than a decade I have been participating in our daughter's life while she was going through school; she graduated in 2010. I recently obtained my Real Estate license, and look forward to helping make your dreams come true, here in "The Last Best Place."

I can proudly say that I discovered Montana first and told Joyce all about it. On a road trip with some buddies, we were advised to stop by and take a look at Flathead Lake before leaving the state. And that is all it took! Coming up from the south on Hwy 93 to discover this incredibly large lake dotted with islands, bordered by mountains and snow capped Glacier National Park in the distance….it was love at first sight! Building custom homes, spec homes, town homes, condos, subdivisions and teaming up with Joyce to market them has made a good balance both in our careers and in our marriage. Synergism works! The rule in the house is that phone calls early in the morning are for me to answer as it’s usually subcontractors; phone calls at night are for Joyce to answer….her clients. One can never be fully retired in this business, so I have applied my experience toward construction consulting. I understand the processes involved and have maintained a great resource of contacts. For fun and recreation? Give me the golf course any day or let me get at the helm. We love living in Bigfork. Think about it. How many small towns of around 4,000 people would have as much as Bigfork does? Playhouse, excellent restaurants, 27 holes of championship golf, Flathead Lake, and super neighbors and friends!

Roxie Graham is a native Montanan raised in the Flathead Valley. With over 22 years in real estate and hundreds of transactions, her experience and people skills will ensure a positive real estate experience for those who work with her. She is also licensed in California. Roxie enjoys the outdoors hiking, biking, skiing and golfing. Her indoors pursuits include cooking, reading, movies and spending time with her husband, family and friends. How lucky was I to be born in Montana and raised here. Sometimes you don’t know how lucky you are so I left Montana after graduating from Flathead High School. I lived and worked in advertising and Real Estate in Coastal San Diego California for over 30 years, but have always came back each year to where my heart is in the Flathead. My husband and I have owned our home on the Swan River since 1988. My roots are deep as is my love for this “Shangri-la” we call the Flathead.
