Most of my business comes by way of current and past clients. It is important to understand that this is not about benefitting me, but for YOU in helping YOUR friends by connecting them with a professional who will be making their buying and selling process a success.
Let’s take a look at what happens:
- The clients and broker now have a mutual friend, so they are not winging it on their own dealing with a stranger who may or may not give them the best service.
- The clients don’t have to worry about being connected with another broker they may not relate to and may wish to terminate a contractual relationship.
- We have a network of “like minds”, an understanding of the clients wants/goals which are likely similar to the referee’s.
- And, most importantly, I am honored with a referral by a very important current or past client. I am sincerely committed to making both parties very pleased and satisfied with my work….my newly referred clients AND the referring party.
- Here is my promise to you, if I am not the right party or if the goals of my newly referred clients may be best served by another associate with more specialized experience or local knowledge, I will do what is best for my clients and refer them to the best party I can.
